Founded in 2010, the Big Backyard 5K, also known as the BBY 5K, is a community run/walk
showcasing King County Parks.
Proceeds from the BBY5K benefit King County Parks, supporting maintenance and operations of facilities and recreational resources. Over our 12 years, more than 13,000 runners and walkers have gathered to raise over $80,000 for King County Parks. Thank You!
This year’s event celebrates the great facilities and recreational opportunities provided by King County Parks. We want to thank Harborstone Credit Union for their support of this family-friendly 5K run/walk.
Please join us at 8:00am on Sunday, June 4 at King County's Marymoor Park to have fun in Your Big Backyard.
The Big Backyard 5K always has great swag. Super Soft T-shirt! Harborstone Hoodie! Dog Bandanas!
